Joseph is hands down the best electrician we have ever worked with. We hired him for our kitchen remodel, which involved complex rewiring of lights, outlets, and the install of new ceiling-based heating units. The work was all flawless, rooted in his clear commitment to getting things done right and with utmost integrity. Joseph had an extremely high commitment to service excellence throughout the project. For instance, the heating units we installed were an uncommon infrared system imported from Europe and the manufacturer’s instructions were unclear about whether they should be hard wired or plugged in. Joseph went the extra mile to contact a hard-to-reach representative and confirm the right approach.
